While the Texas Gulf Coast and the United States seem to have been spared strong tropical weather this year (Note: hurricane season does continues through November) global trends are still increasing. And disasters like that seen last week in the Philippines will be in focus as the United Nations continues climate talks in Warsaw throughout the week.
