While state officials were squabbling about the future of Texas high stakes tests last year, teachers in several Houston area schools may have been tampering with their students results. At least that is the accusation being leaved against 20 teachers in two different HISD schools late last week. Students and parents are visibly upset, meanwhile the Houston Teacher Association questions why schools in low-income areas are more suspect.
