No matter if it is a Houston apartment complex fire, or a tornado somewhere else in Texas or the U.S., volunteers from the American Red Cross respond. As North Texas starts to recover now from tornado strikes less than a month after the West, TX fertilizer blast, volunteers from the Greater Houston Area Red Cross are stepping up to help in the recovery.
