Turn Down the Heat: The World Bank Sounds Caution About an Endless Summer

Houston has been in high-temps for several months already, so saying today is the first day of summer feels kind of strange. However, the World Bank is using this as an opportunity to remind the public about the possible consequences of three more decades of climate change upon global poverty and development.
