While the nation closes out two recent wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, an epilogue on the Vietnam conflict is just taking shape in Texas. Ground was broken Monday on the new Texas Capital Vietnam Veterans Memorial. A memorial that will offer a very unique, yet appropriate, way of commemorating the names.
