Seeing homeless people on our streets holding signs asking for help is, unfortunately, not an unfamiliar sight in Houston. KIAH though recently found a young man approaching it a bit different. Using art to engage with the public. We hope he might be discovered the same way Ted (Golden Voice) Williams was, and find a different road for his talent.
