With the re-election of President Obama, many see the long-term survival of the Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”) being secured. And while many states, including Texas, are sure to start to rethink or scramble to comply with certain portions, like insurance exchanges and Medicaid expansion, at least one local health care professional is already breathing easier.
