In a fun effort to remind people of early voting and the HISD school bond issue on the ballot, the district has borrowed on a popular dance and video meme. As was reported in the Houston Chronicle last week, the district cannot use public funds to promote a particular vote, but they can assist the effort to raise more awareness of the bond issue.
