Two Nonprofit Efforts Step Up to Serve DREAMers Navigating the New Deferred Action Program

As the administration’s new Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Program goes into effect for eligible illegal immigrants who came to the US as children, several organizations are stepping up to assist.

F.I.E.L. for Help – (Families Immigrants and Students for Immigration Rights) has been working for some time on the effort to allow Dreamers to have a home affirmed here in the US and is now assisting with the process. (Video: KHOU 11 News)
