We have all seen the pictures of the janitors strikes, but how many of us have actually heard their voice, or listened to the dreams for their children? And how many us have ever thought about what these janitors and cleaning crews think of us as they clean our offices and look at our pictures of our own kids on our desks and cubicle walls?
