Back in 2005, she was dubbed the “Miracle Baby,” for surviving brutal and nearly deadly abuse at just 6 months old at the hands of her father. Although one of thousands of children in foster care in our area, her case got a welcome and heart-warming update last night with Shern-Min Chow.
