Backed by nonprofit and corporate partners, Neighborhood Centers, Inc of Houston is again offering community health fairs in six communities to share wellness and nutrition tips, aid in health insurance enrollment and get neighborhood families on the road to wellness. All these services are FREE but may vary by location.
