HISD is already considering a major $1.9 billion bond issue for the November ballot, and yesterday we learned that the City of Houston is also considering a $410 million issue of it’s own. Mayor Parker was asked if these two, on top of one another, might be too much for voters. (Video: KTRK 13 News)
