Kids Living on Bus Puts Spotlight on Poverty in Splendora

Last week’s story about kids living in a school bus in the Splendora area of Montgomery County generated quite a bit of sensational media attention. But looking away from just one families misfortune, and looking instead at an entire towns challenges was accomplished by reporters for KRIV-26 News who discovered the first of its kind school district run family food pantry.
