Resolve To Get Kids Active & Healthy

Usually at this time of year we see numerous stories about weight-loss targeted at adults who want to meet their resolutions. But what about our kids?

While still young, some of the most formative attitudes and proclivities about exercise and healthy activities are formed. Yet recently we spotted this report on KHOU-11 News that suggests schools narrowing focus on academics – too much time in the classroom – may actually be hurting our kids health and contributing to the growing obesity epidemic.
