After two-weeks of active debate at the latest UN climate conference, a new global accord has been reached. Nations around the globe are saying they will turn affirmatively away from fossil fuels and seek to become carbon neutral (emitting no more than can absorbed naturally) so as to keep average climate growth to only 2-degrees Celsius by the end of the century.
