Weekend Volunteers Do Dirty Work:

Help Bring Beauty Back to Parks Hit by Drought

Because of the year-long drought, the city of Houston lost thousands of trees in some of its largest city parks, such as Memorial, Herman and MacGregor Parks. Fortunately a large gathering of volunteers hit all these locations for Arbor Day and helped plant some new trees. (KTRK News reports)
