Anniversaries have come and gone in the past, but this years events puts an interesting challenge before the community of New Orleans transplants in Houston. Family relationships, friends, and networks still provide a tug for these residents that sometimes call themselves sometimes “Newstonians,” or “Houstorlinians.”
