A former pediatric cancer patient, Makayla Buckingham, has sought to help other kids in Texas Children’s by donating all her own birthday presents to them. Knowing their experience and wanting to bring a smile to their faces, she’s solicited gifts for her 6th birthday from family, friends and classmates. You go, girl.
