April 12th is Equal Pay Day, and much national attention to the issue is falling on Houston Dash star, Carli Lloyd. The MVP player from the World Cup winning US Womens National Soccer Team, is the visible face of a much bigger issue as women in all walks of life. But her recent complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and an op-ed in the New York Times this week outline an issue familiar to many women.
