Shortly before Thanksgiving the mayor’s office announced a surprising settlement with 16 strip clubs in the city that was touted as a means to further fund a anti-trafficking work by city law enforcement and social services. The terms of the arrangement though are being called a ‘deal with the devil’ by some children’s advocates and increasingly by faith-based advocates in the community. (Video: KRIV 26 News)
