Voting Rights Act Decision Clears Way for Return of Texas Voter ID Law

The ramifications of Tuesday’s Voting Rights Act decision by the Supreme Court, is having immediate impact in Texas. Attorney General Greg Abbot intends to impose the ID requirement that was disallowed last year. And many still are not happy about it.
