Last year in January, and again in July, we were largely caught flat-footed by flash floods which caused havoc throughout parts of the Houston area; damaging homes, businesses, and flooding many cars. Now with a new storm forecast hanging over our head through Thursday evening, getting oneself properly prepared is essential.
