Finding a way for Houston to address homelessness has long been a issue. But the city and private donors are continuing to address it more progressively through funding of permanent housing designed for veterans and other segments of the homeless population. A major contribution from JP Morgan/Chase announced this week pushes it even further by supporting The Way Home homeless initiative.
