Late last week Houston school Superintendent Terry Grier surprised the city with the announcement of his resignation, effective in March. But as to the sudden reasons why, there is much speculation about its connection to an unfavorable budget audit report. He did though speak about his reasons – as well as his accomplishments and challenges – with Khambrel Marshall of KPRC, just before making his announcement public.
