On St Patrick’s Day, one of the heaviest drinking holidays of the year, Harris County officials announced an expansion of the SOBER Courts The innovative court and treatment program has been addressing DWI problems in our area since 2008. Attended by graduates of the program, officials announced courts will be open more hours and be able to take in more offenders.
