On Tuesday the most anticipated part of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), began as the Health Care Marketplaces for each state were formally launched. And while the launch was frustrating to many because of understandable technology glitches, in the halls of Congress the road-blocks continued as members who want to overturn the law persist in avoiding compromise.
