A key tenet of the Affordable Care Act, which could help cover of Texas uninsured, has been the offer of Medicaid Expansion from the feds. And accordingly it has been major topic this legislative session in Austin. Although the State House GOP has seemed to put up an effective road-block to Texas negotiating with the Feds on a deal this year, state legislators still are talking about what might happen moving forward.
