With the return of the Offshore Technology Conference to Houston, comes a regular concern with prostitution in the Houston area. And with that, in turn, comes the growing concern over human trafficking which the Sheriff’s office and organization’s like Free the Captives have been working on all year long. This year though, both organizations are putting possible enablers of this illegal practice on-notice.
