With a jump-start that coincided with NBA All Star Weekend, Jeremy Lin has officially began his first solo philanthropic effort as a Houston Rocket. Spearheaded as a project of his Jeremy Lin Foundation, the Make A Difference Campaign has identified three innovative Houston charities serving Houston youth who he is standing behind with an initial grant. But Jeremy is asking his fans to vote for which will become his primary focus for the upcoming year.
