In light of the revelations about Jessica Tata’s history as a juvenile offender starting fires, the question has been raised how did she come to be a registered day care provider?
Joel Eisenbaum at KPRC 2 News investigates how Tata slipped through the system and finds that Family and Protective Services says they check background three times. However, the database did not find the previous arrest record.
