Revisiting an issue from past years and from other states, Texas Governor Rick Perry and Lt Gov Greg Dewhurst, during a Tuesday press conference, introduced a bill to require beneficiaries of state support to undergo drug testing. No doubt setting up one of the major controversial debates in the legislature, and across the state for the year ahead.
