In the Dallas area, the epicenter of the current Texas West Nile Virus emergency, they are just starting to use aerial spraying as a way to combat the disease. In the Houston area we’ve long been accustomed to this and other measures to control mosquitos. The how and when they are deployed though in our area, was examined by Crystal Kobza on Friday.
