As is so often the case with nonprofits, a dedication to mission and pushing oneself to serve can lead to financial troubles down the line in years when demand is high. Such is the case for Christian Alliance for Humanitarian Aid, a 13 year old nonprofit that re-purposes metal shipping containers for overseas aid missions as well as other services. The founders, now in the 70’s are humble, but their son appeared on KRTK-13 News yesterday making an appeal for help.
