Starting just after a sudden tornado left many apartment dwellers homeless, to the floods that started just a day later, volunteers have been springing into action to help others since last week. Whether they are Red Cross volunteers, faith group volunteers, or just good citizens taking heroic actions in a moments notice, hundreds have taken efforts to help their fellow Texans.
