The Texas legislature is considering passing yet another bill to outlaw texting while driving. Lobbied for, but then vetoed in past sessions by former Governor Perry, the forces rallying for the legislation this time around are considerable. Particularly as more and more families, like Houston’s own Berry family, join the ranks of those impacted by it.
