Nearly two years ago the Houston Fire Department suffered one of it’s worst tragedies with the loss of four firefighters in the Southwest Inn fire. Sole survivor Captain Bill Dowling has continued to recover though with the aid of many of his professional colleagues and charity efforts. Like a song recently inspired by his story.
