Houston Protests Build Over Jordan Baker Shooting, Joining National Debate on Police Shootings

Although their numbers were smaller then many anticipated, local civil rights and justice reform advocates rallied this week around the case of Jordan Baker, a young, unarmed black man who was killed by a police officer nearly a year ago. Recently a grand jury declined to indict the officer in the killing, sparking local anger similar to that seen in many other cities this year. (Video: KTRK 13 News)
