Texas Medical Center hospitals and research centers have long touted that they bring the best minds to Houston, but now MD Anderson Cancer Center takes that bragging to a new level. The nation’s top cancer research center has now picked-up the services of IBM’s Watson supercomputer. Famous already for it’s appearances squaring off against champions of Jeopardy, officials with the hospital and research center believe it is an essential tool to take oncology to the next level.
