The bill goes into full implementation tomorrow and was passed three years ago. Yet after being vetted by the Supreme Court and two elections a small minority of the House of Representatives still is pushing for a redo. And they seem willing to push the bulk of the Federal Government into a shutdown if they do not get their way.
