Baby Moses Law Success Story: 10 Year Old Arlington Boy Revisits Firehouse Where He Was Abandoned

In 1999, Texas passed the nation’s first statewide Newborn Abandonment Law (or Baby Moses Law). Today the Baby Moses Project, based in Victoria, helps further educate the public on this policy and helps let young mothers know they have other options.
